Job Title: Medical Receptionist - Ayurvedic Clinic
Job Summary:
We are looking for a polite, organized, and patient-friendly Medical Receptionist to manage the front desk of our Ayurvedic clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations while providing excellent service to patients.
Key Responsibilities as a Receptionist at Aharayogam:
1. Welcome patients and guide them through the clinic process.
2. Schedule and manage doctor appointments and therapy sessions.
3. Handle phone calls, messages, and patient inquiries.
4. Maintain patient records and appointment registers.
5. Collect consultation and treatment fees and issue receipts.
6. Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff.
7. Explain basic Ayurvedic services and treatment packages to patients.
8. Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
9. Maintain cleanliness and a calm, welcoming reception area.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Previous experience as a medical or clinic receptionist preferred.
- Good communication skills in [local language] and English/Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Friendly attitude with strong organizational skills
Preferred:
- Experience in Ayurvedic, wellness, or healthcare settings
- Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic treatments (training will be provided)
