Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Coordination
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners professionally.
Manage incoming calls, leads, emails, and scheduling of meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams for shoot planning, campaign work, and daily updates.
Operations Support
Maintain team calendars, meeting notes, and internal databases.
Handle basic documentation, filing, and Google Workspace organization.
Track and assist with daily operational requirements across departments.
Outreach & Communication
Assist in influencer and brand outreach (emailing, follow-ups, and database maintenance).
Update and manage Google Sheets for campaign and outreach tracking.
Coordinate with the influencer marketing and creative teams for executional support.
Requirements:
Proficient in
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, reliable, and quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in influencer marketing or creative operations is a plus.
