We are looking for a responsible Receptionist cum Accounts Assistant to ensure the smooth running of our daily office operations. The ideal candidate is a Commerce graduate who is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable handling both front office duties and basic branch accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office:
Manage phone calls, welcome visitors, and handle the dispatch and collection of couriers and postals.
Billing & Invoicing:
Prepare bills, raise monthly invoices, and follow up on pending payments to ensure timely collections.
Cash & Registers:
Maintain receipt register and cheque registers. Handle petty cash and print official receipts.
Documentation:
Organize, file, and scan office documents to ensure a structured record-keeping system.
Compliance:
Update various registers which are maintained offline & online and also assist with basic GST data entry and payroll statements.
General Support:
Generate and issue monthly cheques for office related expenses and assist with other day-to-day administrative tasks, as required.
Requirements:
B.Com degree is preferable (though not mandatory)
Previous experience in Administration, Front office/Reception, Billing or basic GST compilation is preferred (Freshers with good knowledge are welcome).
Basic Computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
