Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors; schedule appointments.
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and student support.
Manage admission/registration formalities and records in IMS/CRM.
Maintain stock of stationery, books, and materials.
Register students for IELTS/IDP exams and share results.
Organize weekly/mock tests and issue results on time.
Coordinate with faculty on attendance and class support.
Keep notice boards and reception area updated and organized.

Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Administration, Communication, or related field.
1-3 years' experience in front desk, administration, or customer service.
Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Professional personality with multitasking ability.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
