smart, responsible, and well-organized Receptionist with Administrative Experience
to manage front-desk operations and support clinic administration.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients politely and professionally
Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiry management
Maintain patient records, daily registers, and billing
Support clinic administration, coordination, and documentation
Ensure smooth functioning of front-desk and waiting area
Assist in basic operational tasks assigned by management
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Reception / Admin role
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)
Pleasant personality, disciplined, and punctual
Ability to multitask and handle patient flow efficiently
Salary
Based on experience and performance
