Handle calls, visitors & front-desk operations
Basic office administration, filing, scanning, courier handling
Coordinate with Baddi units for billing, dispatch & documentation
Maintain office supplies, petty cash & basic HR paperwork
Assist marketing, accounts & management in routine admin tasks
Maintain records, follow-ups, and ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
Graduate (any stream), 1-3 years experience
Good communication & MS Office skills
Organized, professional, and good with follow-ups
