Receptionist / Admin Executive
to be the first point of contact for our students, visitors, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome students, parents, and guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries
Handle student admission inquiries and guide them through the application process
Maintain student records, attendance logs, and administrative databases
Coordinate between departments for scheduling classes, events, and meetings
Assist in basic office tasks like filing, documentation, and printing
Manage daily office supplies, inventory, and upkeep of front desk area
Support the events team with documentation and backend coordination when needed
Key Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi essential)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Polite, well-groomed, and professional in behavior
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to handle pressure and maintain confidentiality
Prior experience in educational institutions or event companies will be an added advantage
