is a growing coaching institute dedicated to providing quality education and academic excellence. We are looking for a motivated and well-presented Receptionist/Administrative Executive to manage the front desk and support administrative functions.
Role Overview:
This role involves being the first point of contact for students and parents, managing admissions-related tasks, maintaining records, and supporting the smooth functioning of the coaching center.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors at the front desk
Answer incoming calls, counsel inquiries, and maintain lead records
Manage student admission process - inquiry to enrollment
Maintain class schedules, teacher timetables, and batch allocation
Coordinate with faculty regarding class updates, extra classes, tests, and attendance
Maintain student attendance systems and update records regularly
Manage fee collection, receipt issuance, and maintain daily transaction records
Handle basic accounting entries related to fees & expenses (if required)* Maintain office supplies, stationery, study materials, and classroom resources
Manage WhatsApp communication groups and student/parent announcements
Support in organizing tests, parent-teacher meetings, seminars, and events
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or 12th pass with strong communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations
Polite, disciplined, and confident approach while handling parents/students
Fluency in English and Hindi
Prior experience in coaching institute/school administration preferred (not mandatory)
