We're looking for a friendly, organized, and confident
Receptionist
to be the first face and voice of our company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front-desk operations, greet visitors warmly, manage calls efficiently, and support day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain visitor records and office front area
Coordinate courier services, meeting room bookings, and refreshments
Assist HR/Administration with basic office management tasks
Manage appointments and schedules for senior staff when required
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.)
Prior experience in front office or admin roles preferred
