Creating reports and presentations using MS Office, maintaining a database to track and manage customer information.
Follow up with customers on their inquiries, ensuring that all their queries were resolved.
Managing the reception area, welcoming visitors and providing assistance to customers.
Answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and providing customer service support.
