Handle reservations, phone inquiries, booking confirmations, and emails.
Maintain a professional and pleasant guest experience at all times.
Front Desk Operations
Manage front desk activities including visitor logs, room key management, and billing.
Update booking platforms (OTA portals) with availability whenever needed.
Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately.
Communication & Coordination
Act as the communication point between guests and internal departments housekeeping, maintenance, and management.
Resolve guest complaints promptly or escalate them when required.
Cash & Billing Management
Handle payments, generate invoices, and maintain daily cash reports.
Ensure accuracy in billing and financial transactions.
General Administration
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and basic administrative tasks.
Ready to work in Rotational shifts /Night shifts depending on property requirements.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience of 1+ years in the relevant field is recommended.
