Job Description

We are looking for a polite, well-organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls

Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is neat and presentable

Handle visitor entry, issue visitor passes, and maintain visitor logs

Receive, sort, and distribute mails and courier deliveries

Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements

Provide basic information about the company to visitors and callers

Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication

Required Skills & Qualifications



Female candidates Preferred

Any graduate or equivalent qualification

Proven experience as a receptionist or front office executive preferred

Good verbal and written communication skill

Pleasant personality with a professional appearance

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
