Receptionist or front office executive must posses minimum 5 years of admin field experience and the key requirements are :

Bachelor's degree and proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
