We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused
Front-End Assistant
to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for Customer and responsible for delivering exceptional service throughout their stay. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, Products, and inquiries, ensuring a seamless Customers experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using PMS (Property Management System)
Product Complaint register via phone, email, or in person
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of guest information and payments
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
Ensure the front desk is always clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Industry policies
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Computer Science or Electrical & Electronics )
Proven experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role (Industry experience is a plus)
Proficiency in using computer.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Flexibility to work in day shifts, Sunday holidays
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Preferred Skills:
Multilingual abilities (especially Tamil ,English.)

Pay: ₹8,981.14 - ₹25,000.65 per month
