Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, manage calls, and schedule appointments.
Handle office correspondence, scanning, filing, and supplies.
Draft professional client emails and assist in email marketing (Mailchimp or similar).
Maintain contact databases and support follow-ups.
Coordinate basic client communications and assist with newsletters or alerts.
Requirements:
1-3 years' experience in reception/admin roles (legal background preferred).
Strong English communication and MS Office skills.
Familiarity with email marketing tools is a plus.
Professional, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
