The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and supporting various departments in a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure cleanliness.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as needed.
Support HR and Admin teams with on boarding and employee documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols at the front desk.
Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
Other Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
