Receptionist cum Office Assistant to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling calls, managing mail, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel must), must have basic knowledge of Tally and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Must be able to speak/write/read in English and fluency in spoken Hindi/Bengali. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. This position requires a professional attitude, attention to detail, well-dressed and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
