Wellness Ambassador
dedicated to creating a serene, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for our local and international clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations:
Greet clients with the authentic warmth and hospitality Mauritius is known for. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and provide tours of the facilities.
Appointment Management:
Coordinate schedules for therapists, practitioners, and consultants using our booking software. Manage waitlists and optimize daily booking slots.
Client Consultation:
Provide detailed information on our services (e.g., massages, holistic therapies, yoga classes, or aesthetic treatments) and recommend packages based on guest needs.
Administrative Excellence:
Manage phone inquiries, emails, and WhatsApp bookings. Process payments and maintain accurate daily financial records.
Retail Sales:
Maintain the boutique area, assist guests with wellness product selections, and manage inventory levels.
Atmosphere Control:
Ensure the reception and waiting areas are immaculate, well-scented, and reflect a tranquil environment at all times.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
