Handle patient check-in and check-out processes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
B. Appointments & Scheduling
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Manage daily doctor calendars and avoid overlaps.
Remind patients of upcoming appointments via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
C. Patient Communication
Answer phone calls professionally and address inquiries about treatments, timings, and fees.
Provide basic information about homeopathic services and procedures (no medical advice).
Handle walk-in patients and guide them through the registration process.
Coordinate with doctors and staff regarding patient flow.
Ensure prescriptions and medicines are handed over accurately to patients.
Assist in maintaining stock register for medicines (optional based on clinic size).
