Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a polite and professional manner
Handle emails and WhatsApp messages related to inquiries or appointments
Support HR/Admin with attendance records, basic reporting, or documentation (if required)
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
Assist in basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
Follow company policies, discipline, and confidentiality norms
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk executive (preferred)
Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Punjabi & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
