Greet and welcome customers and visitors professionally and courteously.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
Schedule customer appointments and test drives.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM system as needed.
Provide basic information about available vehicles, services, and promotional offers.
Coordinate with the sales and service departments to support customer inquiries.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
