JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: (FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY CAN APPLY)
1. Front Office & Administration
Visitor Management:
Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Communication:
Handle incoming calls, redirect them to the appropriate departments, and manage general email inquiries.
Office Upkeep:
Maintain the reception area and ensure all front-office supplies (stationery, business cards) are stocked.
Courier/Mail:
Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, maintaining a log for tracking purposes.
2. Accounting & Tally Operations
Data Entry:
Accurately record daily financial transactions in
Tally (Prime/ERP 9)
Voucher Management:
Prepare and maintain physical and digital copies of payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
Invoicing:
Generate GST-compliant invoices and share them with clients via email.
Petty Cash:
Manage the daily petty cash book, ensuring all minor office expenses are documented and reconciled.
Basic Reconciliation:
Assist in basic bank reconciliation and vendor statement matching.
Candidate's Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) or a related field is preferred.
Working knowledge of
MS Excel
(Basic formulas)
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Strong multitasking abilities to handle walk-ins while managing paperwork.
