As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service & creating a positive impression.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanour, & the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet Visitors
2. Answer & Direct Calls
3. Maintain Reception Area4. Receive & Sort Mail
6. Appointment Scheduling as needed
7. Maintain Records
8. Manage Timesheets for HK & Drivers work hours & attendance
9. Monitor & Coordinate Office Help Deployment
10. Assist with Administrative Tasks
11. Vendor Coordination
12. Handle Inquiries
Qualifications: Graduate or equivalent.
Additional education or certification in office administration or customer service is a plus Experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred
Ability to multitask & Knowledge of OOH Media Advertising is a plus
Strong English communication skills, both verbal & written
Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, welcoming demeanour
Polished & Professional appearance & attire.
Good personal grooming is essential Proficient in using office equipment, multi-line phone systems
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
