Doit Industries Limited is seeking a well-presented and efficient
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, manage the front desk, and provide administrative support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Maintain office security by following procedures (visitor logbook, issuing ID badges, etc.).
Liaise with internal departments for office coordination and support.
Respond to basic inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in
MS Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
