Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, students, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries; provide accurate information or redirect to the concerned department.
Maintain visitor logbooks, manage appointments, and schedule meetings for counsellors and management.
Provide administrative support including document filing, data entry, and coordination with other departments.
Ensure the reception area reflects a professional and corporate image.
Assist counselling and admissions teams with basic coordination tasks.
Proactively support business development by doing cold calling and follow-ups
with leads during downtime.
Coordinate daily office operations (stationery, courier, vendor coordination).
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (Freshers may also apply; prior experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Marathi

Smart, confident, and well-groomed with a
corporate attire

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, scheduling tools).
Proactive, willing to take on additional tasks (such as cold calling).
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
