We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and professional
Receptionist
to join our hospital's patient relations team. In this key front-desk role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and families--providing exceptional customer service while supporting our healthcare staff with important administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and families in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and route phone calls; respond promptly to inquiries
Register new patients, verify insurance information, and update electronic records accurately
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Support patient check-in and check-out processes
Coordinate communication between patients, clinical staff, and other hospital departments
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and hospital standards
Handle billing inquiries and assist with documentation as needed
Keep the reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or medical office training preferred
1+ year of experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-focused approach
Proficiency with medical office or hospital software
Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management skills
Knowledge of insurance verification and patient registration processes preferred
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
