Front-desk management: calls, visitors, emails.
Maintain reception area & meeting room coordination.
Handle courier, office supplies & basic admin tasks.
Assist HR with onboarding, attendance, leave records & documents.
Support in preparing HR communication.
Help accounts with petty cash, bills, vouchers & filing.
Assist in invoice preparation, vendor payment coordination & data entry.
Maintain records, registers, and daily office updates.
