The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at

Roldant Rejuvenation

. The role requires a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. The Receptionist will manage front-desk operations, ensure smooth client experiences, schedule appointments, and support basic sales and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and warmth Manage front-desk operations and appointment scheduling Handle client queries, calls, and follow-ups Coordinate hospitality arrangements and maintain reception standards Make basic

sales and promotional calls

for service inquiries

Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant personality and professional attitude Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / scheduling tools) Prior experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service preferred
