Job Description

As a

Front Office Executive

, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your role includes managing reception, handling calls, assisting with administrative tasks, and coordinating office activities.

Key Responsibilities:




Greet and assist visitors with a friendly attitude.

Handle and direct a high volume of incoming calls.

Keep the reception area clean and organized.

Provide information about company services.

Connect calls to the appropriate departments.

Arrange seating for visitors.

Support employee engagement activities.

Organize food and beverage delivery for the CEO.

Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms for client meetings.

Provide administrative support as needed.

Manage mail, packages, and office supplies.

Keep employees informed about important updates.

Schedule and maintain appointments and meetings.

Maintain visitor logs and call records.

Coordinate office maintenance with building management.

Note:

Responsibilities may change based on organizational needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
