Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and conference room bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Provide administrative support to the HR or office management team as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
in English (and Hindi if applicable).
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Prior experience in a front-office or customer service role is an advantage.
