We are looking for a smart, confident, and highly organized
Receptionist & Admin Executive
to be the face of our clinic. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have great communication skills, and be able to manage front-desk operations smoothly while supporting clinic administration.
Greet patients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist patients with treatment information and guide them through the process.
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage daily clinic operations including patient flow and coordination with the doctor.
Maintain patient records, billing entries, invoices, and follow-ups.
Update treatment logs, consent forms, and digital records.
Assist with inventory checks and ordering clinic supplies.
Support promotional activities, basic social media/WhatsApp updates, and customer reminders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year experience
in a clinic, hospital, salon, spa, or customer-facing role.
Fluent in English
with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart, presentable, confident, and patient-friendly.
Knowledge of basic computer operations, appointment software, and billing.
Must be hardworking, punctual, and willing to work on weekends.
Candidates living
near Sahakarnagar / Hebbal / Yelahanka / Kodigehalli
are preferred (easy commute).

Positive mindset and willingness to learn.
Good problem-solving ability and multitasking skills.
Ability to stay calm during busy hours and handle patient queries politely.
