Job Title: Receptionist / Administration Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a smart, organized, and professional Receptionist / Administration Executive to join our team. This role involves managing front office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration, and providing support across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain office records, filing systems, and documentation.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office events.
Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries.
Oversee office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
Assist with HR and Accounts in basic administrative tasks (data entry, documentation, follow-ups).
Ensure reception and office areas are neat, welcoming, and well-organized.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
Graduate / Diploma holder (any stream).
1-3 years of experience in reception, front desk, or administration role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
