Information management:

Handle confidential information, update databases, and prepare basic reports.
Required skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service orientation. Proficiency with basic office software, such as MS Office. Organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and a calm demeanor.
