Job Description

Timings : 9:30am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)



Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages. Maintain and update records, files, and databases. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory. Support HR and management with day-to-day administrative tasks. Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred) or equivalent. Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in Administration (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Presentable and professional appearance.
