Job Description

We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and professional appearance. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries. Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference rooms. Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed. Assist colleagues with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Handle inquiries from clients, visitors, and staff effectively. Support HR/Administration with basic office management tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree / Diploma (preferred, not mandatory). Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/regional language is an advantage). Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Professional attitude, grooming, and appearance. Customer service orientation and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
