Job Description

Job Purpose



To serve as the professional face of Company, ensuring high standards of professional conduct and ethics in every interaction with colleagues, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities



Visitor Management:

Greet and direct prospective clients and vendors with the highest degree of professional business ethics.

Communication:

Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring no legal or reasonable orders from superiors are ignored.

Office Integrity:

Maintain confidential or classified information and ensure unauthorized persons do not gain access to company facilities.

Attendance Tracking:

Assist in monitoring employee punctuality and ensuring "punching" protocols are followed for office entry/exit.

Administrative Support:

Assist the HR department with documentation and adherence to company policies.

Facility Oversight:

Ensure office equipment is used only for authorized purposes and report any willful damage to property.

Requirements & Qualifications



Education:

Bachelor's degree in any field (valid original certificates required upon joining).

Ethics:

Must demonstrate a strong value system and adhere to the Company's Code of Conduct.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to reflect the Company's professional image.

Reliability:

Strict adherence to work timings and laid-down breaks.

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
