Greet and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries Maintain visitor records and manage appointments Coordinate meeting rooms and office schedules Support basic administrative and clerical work Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable Coordinate with internal departments as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Graduate or Diploma (preferred) Good communication skills in English and local language Presentable personality with professional etiquette Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling) Ability to multitask and manage front desk operations efficiently
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
