Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Front Desk & Visitor Management



Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes. Inform concerned departments of guest arrivals promptly. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Communication & Coordination



Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently. Route calls and correspondence to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a record of incoming and outgoing couriers. Coordinate with admin, HR, and other departments for daily office requirements.

Administrative Support



Manage front-office supplies and inventory. Support in booking travel arrangements, meeting rooms, and refreshments. Handle daily attendance sheets, visitor entries, and front desk reports. Assist in organizing company events or meetings.

Customer Service



Provide accurate information about the company and its services to visitors. Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for clients and guests.
