Job Description

Ensure reception area is tidy & presentable, with all necessary stationery & material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures). Greet & welcome Clients/visitors. Direct visitors to the appropriate person & office. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain employee and department directories. Update calendars and meeting management. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence. Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges and telecommunications system. Receiving Couriers, Parcels & Packages and distributing them to the right person. Maintain updated records and files. Do travel bookings and travel arrangements, schedules etc. Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers. Order front office supplies and keep the inventory of stock. Manage the routine Office Administrative duties. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, & faxing. Preparing of Work Order, with other related documents. Manage Assets Register. Supporting HR, Admin department.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,628.98 - ₹22,148.29 per month
