We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
to manage our front desk and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves interacting with clients, visitors, and staff, managing phone calls, scheduling, and general office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Manage visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed
Administrative Duties:
Provide administrative support to various departments
Schedule meetings and appointments; manage calendars
Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as needed
Maintain office supplies inventory and order new items as required
Handle filing, scanning, and data entry tasks
Assist in onboarding new employees (preparing workstations, documentation, etc.)
Support event planning and coordination
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

08:30 AM to 07:00 Pm
Salary Range:
Salary : 10000 to 14000
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
