As the Receptionist at Endeavour Automation Company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and professional experience for all visitors, clients, and employees. You will manage the front desk operations, provide administrative support, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Visitor Management:
Register visitors and issue visitor badges.
Notify the relevant employees of visitor arrivals.
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all visitors.
Phone and Email Handling:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Redirect calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Respond to general inquiries via email.
Administrative Support:
Assist with various administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Coordinate and schedule appointments for executives and employees.
Mail and Package Handling:
Receive and distribute mail and packages.
Inward and outward jobs handling.
Coordinate with the mailroom or courier services as needed.
Meeting Room Coordination:
Manage the booking and availability of meeting rooms.
Ensure meeting rooms are set up and equipped for scheduled meetings.
Office Supplies Management:
Monitor and replenish office supplies.
Place orders for supplies when necessary.
Security, Housekeeping and Access Control:
Monitor access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a secure environment.
Monitoring the housekeeping staff, office boy etc.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanour.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
