Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a polite and professional manner.
Manage visitor records, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols are followed.
Receive, sort, and distribute correspondence, parcels, and official documents.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Act as the first point of contact for parent and public inquiries regarding admissions, fees, and school activities.
Provide accurate information about the institution's policies, programs, and facilities.
Coordinate with the admissions team for admission-related inquiries and follow-ups.
Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and parent interactions.
Handle feedback, queries, and complaints in a calm and professional manner.
Maintain records, registers, and databases related to visitors, calls, and inquiries.
Assist with documentation, forms, and basic office work as required.
Support school administration with communication and coordination tasks.
