Job Description

Greet and attend to guests and visitors with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Inform the respective employees about the guests and ensure a positive first impression of the company. Accurately input and update information into the company's software systems. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality. Perform general administrative duties, including maintaining registers, filing documents, and managing office supplies. Assist in coordinating daily office activities and ensure smooth operation of administrative functions. Handle all incoming /outgoing documents / courier Booking of meeting rooms, Travel and hotel booking Ensure cleanliness and office and taking care of office infra. Provide active support in planning event/ function and arrange for tea, snacks, meals etc. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company/superior.

Requirements:



Experience:

Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Skills:



Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
