Perform general administrative duties, including maintaining registers, filing documents, and managing office supplies.
Assist in coordinating daily office activities and ensure smooth operation of administrative functions.
Handle all incoming /outgoing documents / courier
Booking of meeting rooms, Travel and hotel booking
Ensure cleanliness and office and taking care of office infra.
Provide active support in planning event/ function and arrange for tea, snacks, meals etc.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company/superior.
