We are looking for a polite, organized, and customer-focused
Receptionist / Front Office Executive
to manage our front desk and handle day-to-day administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional attitude to represent the company.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them appropriately
Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules
Handle basic administrative tasks such as emails, filing, and data entry
Maintain office discipline and ensure a neat reception area
Assist staff with clerical and coordination work when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Prior experience as a receptionist or front office executive is an advantage
Good communication skills in
English &Marathi, Hindi
Expert computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Pleasant personality with professional appearance
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
