Job Title: Receptionist



We are looking for a

friendly, well-organized, and professional Receptionist

to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable Manage appointment scheduling and visitor records Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks Coordinate with internal departments for visitor meetings Maintain office security by following safety procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum

12th pass / Graduate preferred

Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk executive Good communication skills (English, Hindi; local language preferred) Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email handling) Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking skills
