Role: ReceptionistCTC: 20-25kLocation: Noida Sec 107Experience: 3-5 Years? To handle and efficiently manage incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence.
? Responding the telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and timely manner.
? Handle Couriers, Co-ordinate with Clients & vendors etc.
? Greeting and assisting visitors and Guests
? To maintain the record of all the official Contacts
? Maintaining data management of all official documents, filing, record keeping and other Administrative function.
? Maintain Attendance & leave records for employees
? To work with HR and Accounts to assist in day today Admin WorksJob Type: Full-timePay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
