Welcome and greet all visitors, including direct clients, existing customers, channel partners, and walk-in guests.
Maintain a professional, warm, and positive first impression of the company.
Handle incoming calls, manage inquiries, and route calls to the concerned departments.
Manage the visitor logbook and appointment schedules.
Coordinate with the sales team for client visits, walk-ins, and meeting arrangements.
Handle email communication, basic documentation, and file management.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments for client follow-ups and meetings.
Maintain daily logs and prepare basic reports using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Support administrative tasks as required.
