Key Responsibilities



Welcome and greet all visitors, including direct clients, existing customers, channel partners, and walk-in guests. Maintain a professional, warm, and positive first impression of the company. Handle incoming calls, manage inquiries, and route calls to the concerned departments. Manage the visitor logbook and appointment schedules. Coordinate with the sales team for client visits, walk-ins, and meeting arrangements. Handle email communication, basic documentation, and file management. Ensure smooth coordination between departments for client follow-ups and meetings. Maintain daily logs and prepare basic reports using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Support administrative tasks as required.

Female candidate

only. Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Smart, proactive, and professional attitude. Strong proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

. Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk efficiently. Good command over English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred). Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or front-desk operations will be an added advantage.

Salary:

Competitive, based on experience

Working Hours:

10 AM - 6 PM (may vary as per requirement)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
