We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive
Receptionist cum Computer Operator
to manage our front office and handle basic administrative and computer-based tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, computer proficiency, and a pleasant personality to represent the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Administrative Support:
Handle filing, record-keeping, and documentation work.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors when needed.
Assist HR/Accounts/Operations teams in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Computer Operations:
Manage and update data in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prepare letters, quotations, invoices, and other business documents.
Handle online communication, data entry, and report generation.
Support basic operations of ERP or pharma-related software (training will be provided if required).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pleasant personality and customer-oriented approach.
Prior experience in the pharma or manufacturing sector (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
