Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and professional Receptionist with strong telecalling skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and will also handle inbound and outbound calls for customer inquiries, appointment bookings, and follow-ups. Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, client handling, and front office operations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming phone calls and redirect them to concerned departments.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, client reminders, and promotional purposes.
Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling and maintaining records.
Maintain visitor logs and client database.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in-person.
Assist in administrative support tasks as required.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and operations.
Key Requirements:
Proven work experience as a receptionist or telecaller.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English).
Confident, polite, and customer-service oriented.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM software).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
Education & Experience:
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
1-3 years of experience in reception or telecalling roles.
