Job Description

A receptionist with HR experience typically handles both the traditional front desk duties of a receptionist and assists with human resources tasks. This can include greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and coordinating schedules, while also supporting HR functions like maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and providing administrative support for HR processes. Specific duties may include:

Front Desk & Administrative Tasks:

Greeting and directing visitors. Answering and routing phone calls. Managing mail and courier services. Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. Handling general office administration. Maintaining office supplies and equipment.

HR-related tasks:

Assisting with recruitment processes, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Maintaining employee records and files. Providing administrative support for HR functions like onboarding, performance reviews, and benefits administration. Assisting with employee relations and conflict resolution. Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Utilizing HR software and systems.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills:

Building rapport with employees and visitors. Communicating effectively with all levels of staff. Demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
